BOB FOXX & STEVE FOX

Bob Foxx and Steve Fox, both  born and raised in Edison, have a long history in local real estate. Bob obtained his NJ Salesperson license in 1987 and was a highly effective agent while simultaneously running a successful home remodeling business. Steve got his Salesperson license while still a college student in 1990. The two teamed up in 1992 at The MacPherson Agency in Metuchen where they specialized in Residential Real Estate sales and procuring building lots for local builders. Two years later Steve and Bob moved their growing business to Re/Max Hometown, also in Metuchen.

Very soon the two recognized a market for new residential construction in Metuchen and Edison. Their then new company, Fox & Foxx Development, grew quickly as consumers recognized the quality and unique design that they brought to their new homes. Thanks to their knowledge of the local real estate market and overall business acumen their company expanded rapidly along with the booming market which began in 2000.

Perhaps more importantly, they continued building during the market downturn starting in 2007, while simultaneously acquiring residential apartment complexes and commercial office space.

Today the company Steve and Bob started in 1995 is still in expansion mode. From their corporate base in Clara Barton the Fox & Foxx family of companies includes Surveying, Title Insurance and most recently a full service Residential and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Fox & Foxx Realty. These companies employ more than 20 individuals.

The residential development begun in Metuchen and Edison has expanded into surrounding communities, most notably Westfield and Scotch Plains. Bob and Steve have acquired and stabilized well over 100 residential rental units and in 2013 purchased a 58,000 square foot office condo complex in Edison.

Steve and Bob believe in giving back to the community where they work. They are active supporters of The Metuchen Edison YMCA, The Metuchen Soccer Club as well as charitable causes close to their hearts such prostate cancer research and Veterans organizations.
